office.com/setup is a web URL which user has to enter in the web browser to download, install and activate Office Setup with the help of the product key. SET UP OFFICE FROM OFFICE.COM/SETUP

  • ​Go to office.com/setup to Set up Office.
  • Sign In or Create a new Microsoft Account.
  • Get your Office Product Key.
  • Redeem your Office Product Key.
  • Select your Country and Language.
  • Download Office Setup and follow On-Screen instructions.
  • Finish Office Setup and Run the Applications.

HOW TO INSTALL OFFICE SETUP ON MAC (OFFICE.COM/SETUP)

  1. Sign in with your Office Account at office.com/setup and enter the product key.
  2. On the Office Setup homepage, select "Install Office", and it will start downloading the Office package. In case it doesn't start automatically, click Install Office and select Microsoft​ 365 apps to start download.
  3. Once the download is complete, open Finder and go to downloads on the left panel. There you will see the Microsoft Office installer.pkg file. Select the 0ffice file and double-clicking on it.
  4. A pop up with installation steps will appear. Click continue to begin the process.
  5. There will be an option to accept the software licensing agreement, agree and select how you want to install Office Setup now or later.
  6. You might be prompted to enter your Mac login password before you're allowed to click install the software. Just enter your Mac login password (Same password you use to login to your Mac).
  7. Allow your system to carry out all the necessary installations. Once done, you will get notified that you are all set, Office Setup is successful installed.

HOW TO INSTALL OFFICE SETUP ON WINDOWS USING (OFFICE.COM/SETUP)

Step #1. Go to office.com/setup.
  • ​Go to office.com/setup or www.office.com/setup to sign in to your MS account. If you don’t have a MS Office account, it is easy to create one for free.

Step #2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account.
  • Once you Sign In, you will see the latest version of Office packages available.

Step #3. Enter the Product Key.
  • Click on install Office now and copy the key code. In case you bought Office 2019 from a retail store as a CD pack, take note of the product key which is found on the CD pack.

Step #4. Download the Office Setup.
  • ​Once the download of Office file is successful on your device, it should automatically pop up an “Install Now” button. If no “Install Now” button is pops up, then go to your download manager and open the Office file there.

Step #5. Run the installation file.
  • ​Your browser will tell you what “Install Now” sign you will see, select RUN for the (Edge), SAVE FILE for (Firefox), or SETUP for (Chrome).

Step #6. Wait for the Office Setup to finish.
  • ​Whichever one it is, once selected, an installation window will appear notifying you of the current status of your Office installation.

Step #7. You are all set and Run the Office App.
  • ​After successfully installation of the Office Setup, there will be a welcome message saying, "You are all set!"

STEPS TO ACTIVATE OFFICE SETUP USING OFFICE.COM/SETUP

  1. Click on the Start button on the lower-left corner on Windows system by default, type the name of the app you want to open in the Search bar. Such as Excel, Word.
  2. Select the app icon on the screen, when it opens accept to all terms and conditions presented to you by Office.
  3. Once done! Office Setup is activated and ready for use.​

On the other hand, Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is meant to be installed only on 1 device supported by Microsoft 365.

  1. ​Go to Services & subscriptions page and sign in to your MS account linked with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
  2. Locate the subscription you want to manage and select Payment & Billing. If you want to Activate Microsoft 365 visit office.com/setup or microsoft365.com/setup.
